CM Room Available April 28th in Capitol Hill Condo
I have a bedroom in a recently renovated, centrally located condo unit in a Capitol Hill rowhouse available starting April 28th.
The place is walking distance to Eastern Market, Barracks Row, and two metro stations. The person will have their own separate bathroom and would only need to bring furniture for the bedroom as the unit is mostly furnished. There is a deck off the rear of the unit, which makes for nice outdoor space for entertaining.

The room is available for $1250, utilities not included.
