This two bedroom, two bath apartment is located in Alexandria, conveniently situated near a Safeway, Harris Teeter, Landmark Mall, and many restaurants. There is a bus stop less than a minute walk from the apartment building if you choose to commute by bus or metro.
The unit includes a washer & dryer, kitchen, dining area, living room, a full-bath across the hall of first bedroom, and an on-suite bathroom in the second bedroom. Each room has ample light and closet space. Apartment can come partially furnished.
All utilities are included. Looking for one or two people to sublet for 1.5 months. Move-in as early as April 14th. If you want to stay you can then sign a one-year lease that would start at the beginning of June.
