2 M & 1 F in their mid to late 20s looking for a 4th CF housemate for their rowhouse in NE. The house is located within walking distance (<10min) from the stadium armory metro station (Blue, Orange and Silver lines) and the H Street Corridor. 

Rent is $900/month + utilities. Spacious master bedroom located on the second floor with two closets and two windows. Option to purchase dresser, desk and bookcase. Washer & Dryer included. Monthly housekeeping included. Backyard driveway and Zone 6 street parking available. 

Housemates are relatively low-key individuals who enjoy watching movies/tv shows and throwing occasional dinner/house parties. Looking for a housemate to move in by Saturday, May 4th. One month security deposit required.
