Looking for a mature Christian professional woman to share a house with two Christian professional women. This house is such an amazing value given the location and space.

Rooms in this house rarely come available - our departing roommate was here for three years. The house has three full bedrooms and three full bathrooms. We have one bedroom/bathroom combination available.

The available room has a walk-in closet, and, if you need more room for your stuff, we have a huge finished basement with plenty of storage. There is also a washer and dryer in the basement. Great deck and lovely front and backyards. Driveway and plentiful, free street parking.

The house is super cute and located in a real neighborhood, four houses away from access to the W&OD trail and two blocks from Westover Village (Italian Store, Beer Garden, Lost Dog Cafe and more!) .

Metro access: Bus stop with frequent buses during rush hour with service to East Falls Church or Ballston Metro.

Move in date is April 15/ASAP.

Rent is $810 per month, plus around $100 per month in shared bills/expenses.
