Room available in a two bedroom apartment in Arlington, VA for a one year lease. Rent is $700/mo. utilities not included (electricity only). Landlord pays for water. Security Deposit of 500 USD. Free wifi access. Buses in and around Arlington are across the street. Heading to DC: 20 minute bus ride to Pentagon City or 15 minute drive into DC at non-peak hours. Community center across the street which provides gym membership, farmers market, and other activities. A 10 lb. tabby cat resides in the home. Looking for a down to earth female Christian roommate that values cleanliness and is cat friendly. Photos available upon request. Landlord's property management requires 55 USD application fee and 295 USD lease change fee. If approved, 295 USD lease change fee can be removed from first month rent.
