2BR / 2 Bath for Rent in Falls Church - $2,200

Hi there!

I have a lovely Falls Church apartment opening up in June. It's a two bedroom, two bathroom spacious apartment (1210 square feet). Rent is $2,200 per month plus electric (normally ranges from $70-$150 total) and optional cable. One month's rent for a deposit is required up front. There are three parking tags (one resident and two visitors) which are only needed to park overnight - anyone can park from 5am -10pm. The apartment is about 2 miles from East Falls Church and Dun Lorring metros, but is conveniently located near shopping, in a lovely safe area and has a pool! The place has washer/dryer/dishwasher and a home office for grad students or work from home professionals. I would like to do a 12 month lease starting in June but would be open to extending if it's a good fit.
