Basement apartment located in Falls Church/Seven Corners (Near shopping center/Home Depot, Target, etc.)
House Description:
-Recently renovated
-2 bedroom, one bath
-Kitchen (renovated, new microwave, refrigerator, stove)
-Living Room
-Washer and dryer included.
-Separate entrance from main house entrance.
-Parking in driveway or on side of street.
Price: $750/month plus utilities.
***Will require interview if interested.
***Will be required to sign one year contract.
***I know the house owners and upstairs tenant.
