Female roommate for beautiful house in Woodley Park - April - right by Woodley Park Metro
Do you know any Christian women who'd like to live in a wonderful group house in Woodley Park? Please send this to friends/acquaintances/etc. who might be interested! Photos below.
What: Shared room in a 3-story rowhouse with 6 other Christian women, shared bathroom with 3 others
Where: The idyllic, tree-lined 2600 block of Woodley Place NW, one block from the Woodley Park/Adams Morgan metro and multiple bus lines. Three blocks from Rock Creek Park. Walking distance to Adams Morgan, Dupont Circle, Mt. Pleasant, Columbia Heights, and Cleveland Park.
When: April 8 but timing is flexible.
Cost: $820 + utilities (~$90/ month).
House details: The house has 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 2nd-floor porch, 2 working fireplaces, washer/dryer, central AC, and hardwood floors throughout. We are a very communal home in that we expect everyone to carry their weight with household chores and house dinners (we rotate cooking for one another Mon-Thurs), but are also there for each other through life. We typically spend our weeknights and weekends watching reality TV or movies in our living room together and when the weather is better... hanging out outside the house. We are a generally quiet house (except when watching The Bachelor or The Great British Bake Off and the occasional house event) that enjoys each other’s company, but also likes to tuck away in our rooms for alone time as well.
