Courthouse Room Available! $950 CF
My best friend got a job and is moving to DC! So excited to live with her but so bummed to part ways with my townhouse.
Our townhouse is in Courthouse (short walk to Georgetown, Clarendon, 10 minutes from the metro). The room rent is $950 before utilities. The room is a den, but there is closet space. I get ready in the half bath and share a shower with one roommate.
I have three roommates, all gals, and all lovely and clean. It's on the first floor, but is not a basement. The kitchen is spacious and we have a back patio complete with a fire pit. Street parking is easy and there's a Mom's Organic Market a 3 minute's walk away.
I have absolutely LOVED it here! Please let me know if you're interested and I'll send pictures.
