Seeking 2 CM Roommates - $725/$600 - 19th and R st SE
About the House: The house has great shared space, hardwood throughout, a nice yard, and plenty of storage space in the basement. Common spaces are fully furnished. There's plenty of un-zoned street parking on the block and its a short 15 min bike ride from Capitol Hill with plenty of bus routes nearby. Metro (Anacostia and Potomac Ave) is a 20-25 min walk from the house. I'm a mid 20s professional guy who recently moved into a 3 br/1.5 bath home in Fairlawn and am looking for two roommates.
About the Larger Room: A beautiful, spacious 12x10 private room with two windows, a large closet, hardwood floors, and ceiling fan. Rent is $725 + split utilities on a 6 or 12mo lease with deposit.
About the Smaller Room: A cozy, private 8x8 room that fits a twin bed and dresser. It comes with lots of natural light, a tall built in closet, hardwood floors, and a ceiling fan. Rent is $600 + split utilities on a 6 or 12mo lease with deposit.
