Private BR/BA Available for CF in Annandale, VA - $575 per Month
Hello! We are three 20-something Christian women looking for a fourth roommate to join our home. We live in a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom townhouse in a lovely little neighborhood nestled right inside the beltway in Annandale (off of Little River Turnpike, a 10-minute drive from Falls Church, Tyson’s, Fairfax, and Dunn Loring Metro).
You would have a private bedroom (approximately 12’x13’) and a private bathroom, as well as space in a shared storage closet. The townhouse is very spacious with two living rooms, a kitchen, a dining area, and a patio. Parking is free (!!!!); we have two reserved spots right in front of the house, and there is additional open parking on the street. Although it is the middle of the winter right now, GET EXCITED because this summer you will have FREE ACCESS to the community pool that is right across the street 
We all love to run and spend time outdoors, and the townhouse is pretty close to a nature center and park with trails and tennis courts. Other things we enjoy: reading, baking/cooking, music, hanging out with friends, going to church, gardening, and grilling out on our patio.
While we have varying schedules, we enjoy each other’s company and spend time together when we are all home. Our mission is to have a house culture that promotes support, community, accountability, encouragement, and hospitality among ourselves and others. Out of respect for each other, we share house chores and aim to keep our house clean. Above all, we want to live in grace to one another and live to honor our Savior in words, thoughts, and deeds. A couple logistical details: Move-in ready! Flexible move-in, hopefully before the first weekend in February. Rent is $575 per month, plus utilities (which run about $75 a month) and a $10 house fund that covers consumables (TP, soap, light bulbs, tin foil, paper towels, etc.).
