Looking for a roommate for a 2B/1B basement apartment in Columbia Heights NW. Available before Jan 1

Hi! I am a young professional currently living/working in D.C. I am looking for a female roommate for a one or two year long lease in Columbia Heights walking distance to U street starting in December.

The Apartment is 2 bed/1 bath, with in unit W/D & living room, kitchen. Average rent is 895 for a one year lease or 875 for a two year lease per person + utilities. 

I am clean and respectful of space and am looking for a roommate who is similar! I have a very well trained dog named Priscilla.
