Apartment: This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment includes a galley kitchen, dining room, and a very spacious and bright living room for hosting. The available bedroom is spacious and has one exterior window that lets in plenty of sunlight. The bedroom has a closet although there is also a coat closet and linen closet available for storage in the common spaces.

Location: Located in Glover Park, it is conveniently located for graduate students or young professionals at either Georgetown University or American University. The community is very residential with an elementary school nearby. Wisconsin Avenue is a short 10 to 15 minute walk away with a *variety* of restaurants available, including Surfside, Arcuri, Rocklands Barbecue, Breadsoda, Sweetgreen, Chipotle, All About Burger, Starbucks and much more! There is also a CVS and Rite-Aid for quick purchases. Safeway and Giant are about the same distance from the apartment, a 15 to 20 minute walk / bus ride, and a great resource for grocery shopping. For those who like the outdoors, Glover-Archbold Park is nearby and a great place to go for a run or just wandering in nature.

Transportation: The D2 bus, which goes to Dupont Circle Metro Station, and the D1 bus, which goes to Franklin Square, both stop on the corner. The 31, 33, 30N, and 30S buses, which go to Foggy Bottom Metro Station and to downtown DC, all run along Wisconsin Avenue.

Rent: The monthly rent is $900 and all utilities are included except electricity (Pepco) and cable (RCN or Comcast).

Roommate: The current roommate who will be staying in the apartment is a Christian. She is a full-time employee but she is also currently taking evening graduate courses.

You: We are seeking a female roommate to replace me. Ideally, we are looking for someone who is respectful of common spaces and relatively quiet (no parties and / or large groups of people coming over).

Availability: The space would be available on 1 January 2019.
