A diverse group of guys live in house; one a married Navy 2nd Lt that commutes back to Norfolk on the weekends to spend time with his daughters and wife. The other a gentleman in his sixties and the resident landlord that is in his mid fifties. He attends NCC Barrock's Row for the past few months. Before that he attended and was very active at McLean Bible Church for 22 years. The house also has a retire racing greyhound. A midday dog walker takes her out when I am not able to do so.
The room contains a queen size bed, nightstand, dresser, desk, office chair and bookcase. It features a small walk-in closet. The bathroom is shared by 3 on various schedules. The closest major intersection is Great Falls Street and Riley Street in the City of Falls Church. A block away is W&OD Bike trail that leads to East Falls Church Metro Station, about a mile away.
Prefer minimum 3 month lease converting to month to month.
