Looking for CM room mate in West Falls Church
Looking for a young, mature, Christian male in his twenties or thirties to join three other
Christian following brothers in the Falls Church area in this Single Family town-home. The house is about
a 5-10-minute walk from the West Falls Church Metro Station. This is also walking distance to the local
grocery and other venues. We are about a 10 minute drive from the Tysons Corner Mall as well as from
Mosaic District in the Fairfax area off of route 29. House is located in a town home community with two
reserved parking spots plus side road parking. Move in date can start as soon as possible.
The Room is the second largest within the house (11x14). This room has a Full Closest and is
located upstairs right next to the bathroom. The bathroom is shared with two other males within the
house. There is one full bathroom as well as two half bathrooms. The room comes with a Corporate
Desk, you can do as you please with it. We all live fairly busy lives, but when the weekend comes around
we love watching sports, trivia, movies, and hanging out in the kitchen. Everyone is friendly with one
another, and we help each other out through tough times in our lives and great times. The lease is for
one year
The rent is 770 plus utilities which are split (average is around 75).
