Fairfax room opening up in spacious home $600/all utilities included! CF only

We have a single room opening up in our four bedroom home! ALL utilities included. Two minute drive from GMU. Bedroom furniture being sold separately. Move in time November - December. There are currently 3 other CF's living in the home. All in our early 20's and working full-time. They are all friendly, clean, and respectful ladies. I share the bathroom with two of the girls but have never had an issue with time or cleanliness! Great location and great deal. The home is in a col-a-sac so there’s plenty of parking!
