Upscale townhouse in Falls Church near the Mosaic District and Tyson's Corner!
We're looking for a male roommate for our Falls Church townhouse, in Merrifield, just minutes from the Mosaic District and Tysons Corner! The common areas are furnished, we've got a granite counter top kitchen, and windows on the back of the house overlook a nice tree-line. The open room is an unfurnished master bedroom, with a very large closet (not walk-in, but real wide with sliding doors and lots of hanging and shelf space). The bathroom is shared with one other bedroom through the upstairs hallway. There is a full washer/dryer in the basement. With a deck outback, nice neighbors, and easy access to every major NOVA roadway... you have to come check it out!
We're across the street from a public golf course, miniature golf course, and basketball courts, in a nice peaceful neighborhood with a lake, running trails, tennis courts, and pool (membership fee optional in summer). We're just inside 495, right next to the 66 interchange, between route 50 and route 29 (Lee Hwy). We're also near route 7 and Gallows Road. Merrifield is Vienna, Arlington, McLean, and Fairfax. Dunn Loring Metro station is only a 1.4 mile drive or bike ride away. There's a Metro Bus stop steps from the townhouse.
