Basement room for rent to a CF: spacious, affordable, and clean
Our home is lovingly called, "The Chateau". From the street it looks small but it is quite spacious inside, with two living rooms, a nice kitchen and dining area, and the common living areas are furnished.
The downstairs basement room has access to the outdoors through a common living room, access to a fridge downstairs that is shared with one other tenant who also lives downstairs, shared washer and dryer, a shared bathroom with one other tenant, and also its own parking spot.
The room itself has a lot of space, plenty of closet room, and even though it is in the basement, there are two nice windows that are off the ground. The rent is $675 a month (plus utilities, which are usually around $100).
