- Looking for a mid-October to Nov. 1st, 2018 move in (this maybe negotiable)

- Near 17th and Newton St. NW
- Six people (number includes you)
- Utilities run ~$65/month/person, depending on the season

About the room:
- Large private room (~140 square feet)
- On 3rd floor of the house
- Shared bathroom with two others
- Large closet (about 9 feet long)


House details:
- In-home washer/dryer, gas stove
- Back porch with grill and awesome outdoor lights
- Front porch / front yard
- 5 bedrooms, 2.5 bath
- Fully furnished
- The roommate who is leaving (to get married), is selling his stuff if you’re interested

- Less than 5 min walk to Rock Creek Park
- About 8 min. walk to Columbia Heights Metro Green Line
