3-bedroom house in Falls Church for CF - $715/mo Move in Flexible
Seeking a CF roommate for a three bedroom house in Falls Church (Seven Corners) to share with two other CFs . Rent is $715 plus utilities (about $70)
Move-in date is flexible (We're hoping to find someone who can move around November...the room is available now). Shared living room (with a fire place), kitchen. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac, and is in a quiet neighborhood next to a small stream. There is plenty of parking as well as a yard and a covered patio.
The East Falls Church Metro is a short drive away. I do not recommend our house if you don't have a car as the bus lines aren't incredibly convenient.
Utilities include wifi and cable.
We're in our mid-twenties, and we both do marketing/comms. We work hard and are pretty quiet, but we also love to socialize with each other and host things occasionally, and we're looking for someone who is similar! One of us has a small Corgi named Olivia. She's really quiet and well-behaved, and she loves people!
