Looking for a CF ASAP/October to fill a bedroom in a 2bed/2bath unit. Apartment does not allow pets. Lease goes until 8/1/19. W/D in unit, and apartment is equipped with gym, package services, party room, and office work space. If you have a car, parking is $50/month, but the apartment is 10 minutes walking distance from the Ballston Metro. Looking for a respectful roommate who can keep the kitchen clean.
