Beautiful room for rent, $695!

Welcome!

There is a room available in Alexandria VA., in a women christian home! The room includes a private entrance, sitting room, free parking,and bathroom. The room costs only $695, including ALL utilities (internet, cable, security system, trash, water, sewage, etc.) The house is close to 495, 395, 2 metro stations, and bus routes. I prefer to have roommates that are friends rather than rent sharers. I am very neat and think I could be a great addition!
