Falls Church townhouse Master BR available immediately for CF!
Seeking a 3rd Christian female to join me and my housemate in a lovely
townhouse 1 mile from the West Falls Church Metro!
The master bedroom is available for $843/month plus utilities (per person
cost varies depending on the season, but may range anywhere from $30 –
$75).
The house has 1 full bath and 2 half baths, a lovely back deck, hardwood
floors in the living and dining rooms, and is in a peaceful tree-lined
neighborhood. The landlady lives locally and is very responsive.
We are 2 Christian professional women in our early/mid-30s. We’re very
active in our respective churches, love to have friends over, but also love
cozy nights in with a movie and a glass of wine! We share house chores and
like to keep the common spaces tidy and cozy.
