We are three Christian females who attend NCC and have been leading a women's small group for years. We are renewing our lease for another year, looking for a fourth CF to join us in our lovely home beginning September 1. The home and the basement room are both beautiful and spacious! The neighborhood is idyllic, with a park, community garden and dog park just around the corner. The shops and dining of Shaw are super close - Shaw metro is less than a 10-minute walk. Here are the deets:
The room: this room is the full basement of the house, and is almost its own apartment. Depending on your preference for layout, you could make this your own private studio!
- Rent per month: $1120 ; Security Deposit required
- 197 sq feet (huge!)
- two large closets, one for hanging clothes (pictured) and one for storage (not pictured), totaling 27 additional square feet!
- your own private full bathroom
- your own kitchenette with wine fridge, sink, and microwave
