CF looking for housing (OR for housemates to join in a housing search)
Hello,
I'm looking for housing beginning in August (but can possibly be a bit flexible on timing) for myself and my adult Cocker Spaniel. I’d be interested in either finding a place in an existing house, or finding housemates to rent a house with me.

1. I'm fairly flexible on location. I'm a Ph.D. student who works from home several days a week, so a bit of a commute on the other days doesn't bother me.
2. I’m hoping to be in a house (not an apartment).
3. I’m hoping to have a mostly private area to myself (e.g., a finished basement area with a bedroom and bathroom, or an in-law apartment, etc.).
4. I hope to pay at or below $1,200/month.
