Hi!  We are 3 CF's looking for a 4th CF to join us in our large, clean house.  You will take the place of our wonderful roommate who bought a condo and has just moved out before the lease was up.  Move-in is flexible - the room is available now!  We have a 1 story, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with a brand new kitchen, large living space with a fireplace, dining area, screened in porch, patio and huge backyard.  The basement is finished with an extra large living space and separate space for laundry and storage that we all share as well.  The available room is in a bright corner of the house on the main floor and can easily fit a king bed and big dresser.  You will share the hall bathroom with another great CF who loves to keep the house and bathroom clean.

We are looking for a responsible, professional, christian female mid-20's to mid-30's.  We are a 33 year old engineer, a 30 year old nurse practitioner, and a 26 year old digital account manager for hotel chains.  We are very welcoming, caring, professional and enjoy hanging out together.  We also like to have alone time and our house is definitely big enough for us to each have our own space.  The room is available now for sublet, our lease will renew on Jan 1 and the remaining 3 of us all plan to renew our 12 month contracts.  Sorry, no pets on our lease!  Street or driveway parking is always available.
