Your Roommates: We are hoping to find the right fit for a *female* (only) roommate. We are two young Christian female professionals who work M-F and are out socially evenings and weekends. We’re responsible, reliable, clean, fun, social, outgoing, and love to travel. For our roommate, we are looking to live with a Christian female professional who also loves the Lord, and is responsible, clean, reliable, and considerate. We’re very independent, but also enjoy spending time together when we can! No smokers, no drugs, and no pets.

Your Home: $800 monthly rent including utilities for a private bedroom and shared bathroom for a year lease followed by month-to-month starting August 1st (move in date flexible.) Close to Adams Morgan and Columbia Heights neighborhoods with an 8-minute walk (4 blocks) to Georgia Ave/Petworth Metro (Green/Yellow) and a close walk to the 14th Street and 16th Street buses. Capital Bikeshare is also located two blocks away! Safeway, Yes! Organic, and CVS 2-4 blocks from house, also a 2-minute walk from the Public Library, Rock Creek Park running and hiking trails, and Upshur Pool. Homestead, Petworth Citizen, Timber Pizza, Qualia Coffee, and Shell gas station are also nearby.
