Seeking short-term house mate to fill bedrooom/private bath (2 months)
I am hoping to fill my room (with private bath) for 2 months while I am gone over the summer. I live with a married couple and 2 small cats, in a beautiful 2 bedroom/2.5 bath row house on 10th Street NE, close to Union Market and 10 min walk to NoMA and Union Station metro. The apartment is fully furnished and will be available from June 23 – August 19th.
The living room area is open with beautiful hardwood floors and exposed brick and the kitchen has all new appliances. The unit includes a washer/dryer, lots of natural light, a back deck and grill. There is also closet space in the bedroom.
My house mates are very clean, relaxed and easy to live with. We all work for NGOs in DC and enjoy great conversation.
Note the building is smoke-free. No additional pets please.INFORMATION:
