CF seeking roommate or spot in a house Mid June/Early July

Hello! I am a CF in my twenties looking for a roommate or a spot in a house in Mid June or Early July (July 1 move in date is great). I am moving to the area in Mid June. I love being outside, playing sports, running, hiking, etc. and also having dinner and game nights with friends! 

Looking for rent in the $500-750 range ideally!
