CAPITOL HILL ROOM FOR RENT FOR ONE CF!
Room for rent in a charming two-level, two-bedroom condo for rent in the Capitol Hill area! The room will be unfurnished and shares a bathroom with one other fun CF young professional living in the other bedroom. The rent is $1150 a month, plus utilities which usually range around $55 a month per person-we only pay internet and electric-owners cover gas/water etc.
The room is available ASAP, but we are flexible on the move-in date. The lease will end in November, as the owners are planning to return from overseas, but the date could be flexible. There will be a $300 move in fee with the management company of the building. All rent and application, security deposit, signing of lease is done online through nest DC. They are a great company to rent from!
This apartment is a 15 minute walk to the union station metro and eastern market metro and a short walk to h street bars, restaurants, Whole Foods, and the many parks around! The condo is two levels, has a wood-burning fireplace and an extensive exposed brick wall that runs along both levels. This is a great location to live if you work on the hill or in downtown/noma. This is a 5 month lease!
