Come join us in our lovely Bloomingdale home!

The House: Big 3-story rowhouse with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, large guest/storage/laundry room, a renovated kitchen, screened-in back porch, friendly neighbors with cute dogs, and a beautiful private park right in our backyard. Our landlord is incredibly responsive and a great person to work with.

The Room: The available bedroom is by far the biggest room in the house. It has hardwood floors, a closet, and comfortably fits bed, desk, dresser, bookshelves, plus any and all furniture you could want. There's a large bay window too.

The People: You'd be sharing the house with 3 women, aged late 20s - early 30s. Two of us go to The District Church. We've had mixed gender house in the past, so male or female roommates welcome. The house is big enough for us to spend time together in common spaces, but we all recognize the value of alone time and private space. We are hospitable (our Christmas-Hannukah parties are legendary) and love the occasional roomie date (usually involving exploring a new neighborhood restaurant and watching Jeopardy).

Rent: $1100/month + utilities (good deal for the neighborhood)

Preferred Move In: June 1

Location: Bloomingdale (a charming residential neighborhood with colorful houses and lots of trees). Closest Metros are NoMa (Red), or Shaw (Green/Yellow), both ~20 minute walks away. There are also plenty of bus lines within a few blocks. 

Parking Spot: We also have a private parking space available for $100/month if you're interested. Street parking is zone 5.
