Furnished Transitional Housing Available for CF or CM
The larger bedroom of a 2br unit on 15 and E NE is available on May 1. The room is furnished with a queen bed and frame, book shelf, dresser, desk and chair. The room has its own ac/heat controls, fan, great natural light, and good closet space. The unit is perfect for interns or someone needing a month to month situation to figure things out.
The common area has a newly renovated kitchen, washer/dryer in unit, 50in 4k smart tv, couch, and dining table.
In general, this is a very open and flexible situation being at $1100 month to month, just let me know how long you're interested in staying. Water, internet, and gas are included so all you pay for is electricity which is split between you and the other bedroom.

The unit is super close to H street (Maketto, Bullfrog Bagels, Chick fil a, etc) and not too far from Blue/Orange/Silver Metro lines (Stadium Armory).
