For rent is a room in a single family home consisting of four single, professional Christian women (mid-late 20s). One roommate is moving out and is looking for a Christian female to take over the rest of her lease (May 1st through June 9th).
The House:
The house is a 12 minute walk to the Pentagon City Metro Station, and is in close proximity to many resources, including Costco, Harris Teeter, Nordstrom Rack, and the Pentagon City Mall. One roommate also has two cats, who live in the house as well.
The main level of the house has a living/dining area, full kitchen, two bedrooms, and one bathroom. Laundry is in-unit. The upstairs level has two bedrooms and a bathroom. The house features a large front porch, large back deck and grassy backyard area. There is also a detached two car garage that is used as extra storage space.
The Room:
The room for rent is on the main level of the house. Rent is $700/month plus utilities. Utilities are estimated to run between $75-$125 per roommate. This room shares a bathroom with one other roommate. The driveway is large enough to accommodate 2 parked cars. However, street parking is also an option with the purchase of a pass from Arlington County.
