Furnished or unfurnished room available starting April 1
Hi Friends,
My room is available starting Apr 1, furnished or unfurnished for a short or long-term lease. The room is 1100/mo for a female. It's located near Potomac Avenue metro and the grocery store. The house is super cute, just a small two person row house and your roommate would be awesome. She's a thirty something and works at state. Rent is a total steal for a two person house. W/D on site, little back yard, nice clean bathroom, great appliances, and an awesome land lord. We can be flexible with the lease length, but are looking for someone starting Apr. 1.
