We have a room available for a female starting Apr. 1. 6 or 12mo lease. The house is super cute, and rent is a steal. It’s a two person row house near Potomac Ave metro. Quiet street behind a school around the corner from grocery and two blocks from metro. You'd have 1 roommate, awesome person - she’s a CF in early thirties working at state.
