Looking for a CF fifth roommate to share a lovely house near Ballston
Four women and a friendly cat are looking for a fifth roommate to share a lovely, 5-BR single family home located between the Ballston and East Falls Church metro stations. The portion of the rent for the available bedroom is $790.
The house is great: it has a lovely screened-in side porch, a family room, a living room, and a basement rec room for entertaining. It also has a spacious fenced-in backyard complete with a large patio and a grill. Inside the house, there is lots of natural light and plenty of storage space.
We are one block from a bus stop with buses that go to East Falls Church, Rosslyn, Ballston, or McPherson Square. We are less than 20 minutes from Washington, DC (convenient to I-66/495), and we have ample street parking.
