CF Housemate in Arlington April 1!
Looking CF for Townhouse in Falls Church/Arlington, VA to sublet in April and renew lease in May
4 bedroom, 3.5 bath townhouse located just a two minute walk from the East Falls Church Metro, 10 minute drive to Clarendon, and just down the street from 66. Details on the house are as follows:
Upstairs bedroom (shared bathroom with one other girl): $775/month + utilities
-Utilities: Average ~100-150/month (includes internet, electricity, water, garbage, and oil)
-Parking: 4 spaces in front of house w/ free street parking on Lee Highway for guests
-New lease begins May 1, 2018 and runs through May 1, 2019
-Includes beautiful back patio that we are able to plant flowers or garden in as we so choose
