Room Available Immediately in Arlington/Westover for CM - Great Location - Friendly Housemates
THE LOCATION: Unparalleled. Street parking is free and ample. We reside just under a half mile from the East Falls Church metro station and I-66, have biking/running trails and a bus stop nearby, and are a short walk to the neighborhood of Westover, where you’ll find great shops and dining.
THE HOUSE: Split level with four bedrooms, two baths, full kitchen, living room, dining room, finished basement (with television and workout equipment), backyard, and grilling patio.
THE BEDROOM: Second largest in the house (approximately 14ft x 11ft) with south and west facing windows, a 6ft wide closet, a shared bathroom, and comes unfurnished. We are on a month-to-month lease with our friendly landlord. The room is available immediately.
THE HOUSEMATES: Three gents who work in DC. None of us smoke, do recreational drugs, or have pets (which aren't allowed anyway), though we do enjoy a good glass or bottle of something every now and again. All housemates are responsible for chores around the house. We each attend Arlington churches and are fairly sociable. In that regard, not only do we enjoy hosting the occasional game night or holiday party or bonfire, we three are glad to call each other friends, not just housemates.

Utilities: $100/m avg.
