Hi, I'm Vanessa! I'm a 29 yo CF looking to fill a vacancy in our all female home! 

This is a charming upgraded house with a large backyard in Crystal City /Aurora Highlands neighborhood. Located within walking distance to downtown Crystal City and metro. Shuttle to Pentagon is available as well. Conveniently located by popular biking and running trails, including Mt. Vernon Trail and Four Mile Run. 

Rent is $1150 per month and total utilities usually run around $150 a month, depending on the time of year. One month deposit and lease through the end of 2018 year is required.
