$800 - Furnished room available for January in Bethesda
I'm looking to sublease my bedroom for the month of January to a female renter. The apartment is fully furnished and a great size: 2 stories with the living room, dining room + kitchen on the first floor, and bedrooms + bathroom on the second floor.
The rent is $800, including utilities, which would need to be paid prior to move-in.
It is a 10 minute walk to the Bethesda metro (redline), and just a few blocks away from all of the lovely restaurants and shops in Bethesda Row. It is easy access to I-495 + I-270 as well as into the city. Permitted street parking can be available if needed.
No pets or smoking in the house.
The apartment will be shared with my current roommate: 31yo CF. She is clean and respectful and very fun to live with!
