$1050 - Room w/ Private Bath short walk from Grosvenor-Strathmore Metro (Red)
We’re looking for a graduate student/young professional (male or female) for a spacious bedroom in a 3 bed/3.5 bath townhouse in the Grosvenor Park community in North Bethesda, MD.
Our house is a 7 min walk to the Grosvenor-Strathmore Metro (Red) and has easy access to I-495, the Beltway, and I-270. There is a reserved parking space included.
Common rooms (kitchen and living/dining room) are fully furnished. Utilities (electricity, water, and xfinity internet) will be divided evenly among all housemates.
No pets and no smoking in the house. Security deposit of 1 month rent required, 12 month lease with the possibility to extend.
We are two females in our mid to late twenties working downtown for the federal government.
