Seeking CF to sublet 1BR in 2BR Townhome
Hello! 
My name is Savannah, and I live in Marshall Heights with my lovely roommate Sarah. However, I am getting married in February so I will need someone to sublet my house beginning end of February/early March.
The house is cute and newly renovated, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It's a 5 minute walk from the metro, and a 10 minute drive from Eastern Market and Capitol Hill! It's conveniently located to 495, 295, or 95 (I'm from Maryland, so it was super helpful to be able to get out of the city easily).
The house has a driveway, a backyard area, dishwasher, laundry, and lawn service provided. The rent is $837.50 per month.
