ISO of a roommate to share an apartment at The Wellington. Wellington ONLY

I am posting on behalf of a dear Christian friend of mine. She is in her 30s and wants to get an apartment at The Wellington, where I currently live. I repeat, please respond ONLY if you want to be at The Wellington. NOWHERE else.
To do so, she needs to split the cost with someone who is very cleanly.
