Upstairs masterbedroom suite available in Reston Townhouse for CM

Hi,

Several friends of mine currently live in my house in Reston and are looking to add another roommate.

The upstairs masterbedroom suite is available December 1st, 2017.

My friends are quiet, respectful and easy to get along with.

The house is located in a quiet community close to local lakes, bike trails, pools and within 1 mile of the Wiehle-Reston East Metro Station.

We are asking $650/mos. + utilities (apx. $90/mos, includes wireless internet, cleaning service and lawn service).

The address is 2037 Golf Course Drive, Reston, VA 20191.
