Looking for a roommate to share an unfurnished 2 room 1 bathroom apartment at 1850 Columbia Pike in Arlington with me. This person must be committed to 13 months lease.
The building is called The Wellington. Completely Accessible. FREE shuttle service to and from Pentagon City Metro. In case you miss it, there are 8 bus lines that run to the Pentagon or Pentagon City metro stations
Rent is 925 a person.
Since the lease is just starting, day 1 will be higher. You will need to pay 50 for a background check. $265 for November, then $925 at the 1st of December.
