Seeking CF for Rosslyn Studio Share

Looking to live in Rosslyn, but still save some cash money by sharing a studio. I don't currently live there, but looking at a unit in Bennett Park (http://www.bennettparkapts.com/). Depending on move-in date and lease length, rent looks to be $800-$900 each, $125 for parking, plus utilities. Since it would be a studio, there would have to be an understanding of no/limited guests, but we could definitely discuss house rules and come to an agreement. I'm a mid-20s professional, generally pretty quiet at home and looking for a laid-back, drama-free living environment.
