Disabled CM Looking for housing. Have a deadline to move!!!

My current situation:
Disabled but get around on crutches.
Staying in Huntington but need to move in December
Working at Koch Industries at McPherson Square and Metro Center. Will split with a brother interested in staying with me.
MUST be accessible because I have a physical disability and use crutches. Townhouses with a basement or ground levels are an option. Anything above two stories MUST have an elevator. Again, I am looking for an apartment or ground level. Budget is 700 – 1,000 Preferably near the silver/blue/orange downtown corridor or along the red. Bus routes are ok.
Navy Yard or Arlington are options too.
