We are looking for another female roommate to take over lease for townhouse $1,100

Hi there! One of our roommates is moving so we are looking for someone to take over her lease. Your room would be the large basement, which has a bathroom attached. Rent would be $1100 We love this location because it's only a from Georgetown and Clarendon (It's right by MOMs). We can't wait to hear from you! = )
