Arlington Bedroom Available w/ Own BR in townhouse - $866.66
I am looking for a female to take over my spot in a 3 bedroom townhouse in Arlington near Ft. Myer starting in February 2018. It is a spacious bedroom available with your own bathroom.
The price is $866.66 plus utilities which average about $110 a month. There is one parking space for the townhouse and plenty of street parking access. We never have issues with being able to park (all three of us own cars). You will have access to the full house and laundry (washer/dryer). Per the landlord there are no pets allowed.
The neighborhood is nice and we have a bus stop right around the corner from us that can take you to metro stops on the orange, grey, blue and yellow lines.
