Large Room w/ Private Bath in Tysos Corner Condo at the Vienn Metro ($1050)
Hello All-
I'm seeking a young professional to share my 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom condo at the Vienna Metro. This corner unit is over 1200 sq. ft. and has lots of natural light. The condo at the Marquis is adjacent to the Vienna metro and is an easy 2 minute walk. The area also offers a nearby park, shopping center and access to all major highways.
The Condo includes two garage parking spots, plenty of visitor spaces, an in-unit washer and dryer and loads of amenities. Amenities include a free outdoor pool, gym, basketball court, party room, golf simulation room, private movie room, game room, and a business center.
The room is approximately 12x13 and rent is $1,050 per month plus utilities (water and trash removal is free). If you would like the master bedroom, which is larger and has a bigger closet, I am open to that for $1,100 per month.
Preferred roommate is a clean, responsible and considerate young professional looking for a similarly situated professional that is fairly relaxed, easy to get along with, and takes care of the place. We all have busy lives, but will hang out every now and again. And enjoys having fun but do not bring the party home.
The place is available starting November 1. The ideal lease is 8 or 9 months, but other lengths are available. 1 month's security deposit would be due upon signing a rental agreement.
